Cyclical Somatics Circle
Monthly group soma sessions, on the 4th Friday of the month from 9-10am PT, centered around embodiment, the nervous system & seasonal somatics.
Seasonal Rhythms, Nervous System Nourishment & Embodied Curiosity
A membership offering of monthly group soma sessions. An invitation to cultivate a deeper connection to your body through seasonal rhythms. For those who are new to and curious about somatics, this is a great way to dip a toe in and see what it's all about. For those who are seasoned in somatics, and perhaps already work with a somatic practitioner or therapist, this is a space to practice and play, where you can integrate your deeper-dives.
✺ Live sessions from 9-10am PT on the 4th Fridays* of every month
*In December, we meet on the 3rd Friday, 12/18.
✺ Access to recordings
& archive of practices.

“I wanted to let you know about my experience here in the group. I have a tendency to be resistant or negative about a new experience, especially on the internet. It’s taken awhile for me still to be comfortable and get used to connecting to people online. But as I soften to this idea, I’m seeing how much value there is to this way of communicating. It’s like I’m mad that we don’t have the ideal world where we live in close-knit communities and don’t have to drive an hour to get anywhere. But how can I show up to what’s available here and now. And I get to meet and connect with folks who share similar struggles and learn from their experience. I’m really liking this group dynamic and learning to give myself this time. Also your presence is very grounding and feels good to slow down with you. Thank you for being here!”
