Being In Our Bodies Together welcomes all bodies, at all stages of life, to get in connection with the brilliant and living landscapes of their somas.  This is for those who are wanting to do consistent somatic practice with a group. Each week will be intuitively guided with a focus on supporting you to feel more at home, ease and resilience in your body.

While each nervous system is intricately unique, we are also more alike than we are different, and when we return to the body it becomes easier to remember this and in doing so, we reconnect with the most resilient and alive parts of ourselves.

Somatics has a beautiful way of turning down the volume and slowing the speed of the mind so that we can hear the wisdom of the body, which is an indispensable tool in increasingly complex and disorienting times.

You are invited to arrive as you are and receive what you need.

These sessions are an invitation to practice embodiment, with a choose-your-own-adventure spirit, offering containers of reflection and consistency while allowing you to be the expert of your own experience.

Being In Our Bodies
Together is

➰ A membership offering of group
somatic sessions twice a month.

➰ A place to consistently
practice embodiment and nurture your relationship to your body.

➰ An invitation to cultivate a deeper connection to yourself while also receiving the co-regulation magic of being in connection with others.

➰ For those who are new to and curious about somatics, this is a great way to dip a toe in and see what it's all about.

➰ For those who are seasoned in somatics, and perhaps already work with a somatic practitioner or therapist, that want a place to play and practice what you are learning in the days between your deeper-dives.

Being In Our Bodies
Together Is Not

➰ A replacement for individual
therapy.

➰ A place to receive 1:1 support and space-holding.

I wanted to let you know about my experience here in the group. I have a tendency to be resistant or negative about a new experience, especially on the internet. It’s taken awhile for me still to be comfortable and get used to connecting to people online. But as I soften to this idea, I’m seeing how much value there is to this way of communicating. It’s like I’m mad that we don’t have the ideal world where we live in close-knit communities and don’t have to drive an hour to get anywhere. But how can I show up to what’s available here and now. And I get to meet and connect with folks who share similar struggles and learn from their experience. I’m really liking this group dynamic and learning to give myself this time. Also your presence is very grounding and feels good to slow down with you. Thank you for being here!
